Fixed Hours – Projects are based on fixed hours. Minor adjustments may be accommodated, but significant changes may require extra billing.
Timeline Commitment – We aim to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, altering features may cause delays.
Client Disruptions – Delays or disruptions caused by the client may result in added costs and extended timelines.
Refund Policy – Refunds are not offered, except in rare special cases. Once you sign up, monthly fees are non-refundable.
Content Submission – All website content must be provided within the first two weeks of the project to avoid unnecessary delays.
Testing – We test websites on popular browsers and devices. If you require additional testing on specific platforms, please inform us in advance.
Network Issues – Extra hours caused by network problems on non-Tech Expressers servers will be billed separately.
Stalled Projects – Projects inactive for more than two months may incur administrative charges.
Code Copyright – All project codes are protected by copyright. Ownership transfer can be arranged at an additional cost once all dues are cleared.
Code Licensing – Tech Expressers retains copyright ownership of all codes. A license for exclusive use is included as part of the hosting fee.
Third-Party Elements – We cannot control issues related to third-party tools, plugins, or integrations. The client is responsible for keeping them updated.
Unavoidable Delays – While we make every effort to meet deadlines, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hosting & Domain – Hosting and domain fees are charged separately unless clearly specified in the agreement.
Primary Communication – Email is our official mode of communication. Clients must keep their email addresses updated.
