1. Cancellation Policy
Once work on your project has begun, payments are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue services, no refund will be provided for the current billing cycle.

2. Cancellation Request
You may cancel services anytime by providing written notice (via email or text). Cancellations during an active month do not qualify for partial refunds. Additionally, failure to follow our recommended strategies (e.g., SEO or website changes) will void eligibility for refunds.

3. Third-Party or Client Interference
If you engage another SEO agency, attempt SEO work independently, restrict necessary access, or if your website experiences downtime/issues preventing work, refunds will not be issued.

4. Design Approval & Event Services
Once you approve a design and testing begins, refunds are no longer possible. Event-related services arranged by our sales team require 30 days’ prior notice for cancellation.

5. SEO & Marketing Packages
SEO and digital marketing packages are strictly non-refundable. Clients may cancel with 15 days’ written notice. Projects that remain inactive or unattended for 30 days or more will not qualify for refunds.

6. Advance Cancellation Notice
A 15-day prior notice is required to cancel services before the next monthly payment/report cycle. No refunds will be provided, and clients are responsible for clearing any outstanding dues.
